Delivery

1. The Netherlands
For deliveries where the parcel size does not exceed 1.75x0.78x0.58 and weight is no more than 30 kg, the charge is €5.95.

Standard furniture transport with our regular courier is charged at €39.00 to your door, ground floor level (for orders below €350.00).

Orders from the Wadden Islands will be delivered to the relevant courier depot.

Orders of €350.00 or higher will be delivered free of charge !! excluding the Wadden Islands.

When in stock, orders placed before 11.00 will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. In the event that something cannot be delivered, we will of course notify you - providing that the requested item is not in stock. 

2. Belgium and Germany
For deliveries where the parcel size does not exceed 1.75x0.78x0.58 and weight is no more than 30 kg, the charge is €12.00. Standard furniture transport with our regular courier is charged at €39.00 for Belgium and €89.00 for Germany to your door, ground floor level.

3. France, Luxembourg and Austria
For deliveries where the parcel size does not exceed 1.75x0.78x0.58 and weight is no more than 30 kg, the charge is €14.50. Standard furniture transport with our regular courier is charged at €99.00 to your door, ground floor level.

4. Denmark, Sweden, Britain, Italy and Spain
For deliveries where the parcel size does not exceed 1.75x0.78x0.58 and weight is no more than 30 kg, the charge is €19.50. Standard furniture transport with our regular courier to your door, ground floor level is available upon request.

 

Returns

Would you like to return something? That's OK!

There is a cooling off period of 14 days in which you can return the product without explanation for any reason, which starts on the day you receive the product. The product must be unused and, where possible, be returned in the original packaging. The delivery costs for returning an order must be paid by you (returning or exchanging in person is of course also possible at our collection point: Leemanstraat 15 in Werkendam). We will refund your payment within 14 days.

You can also use the standard form (end of general conditions).

The supplier will refund the customer in full, including any delivery costs charged by the supplier for the returned product, promptly and no later than 14 days following the date on which the cancellation is notified. Unless the supplier offers to collect the product, he may delay the refund until he has received the product, or customer provides proof of return, whichever is sooner. The supplier will reimburse the customer using the same payment method that the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The refund will be free of charge to the customer.

We are unable to process returns that have been damaged due to insufficient/inappropriate packaging.

Exchange

Would you like to exchange an item?
Notify us about which items you are returning to us and which items you would like to receive instead.
As soon as we have received your return, we will off-set this against the item you want to receive instead. You will receive notification of this.

Does your order contain both in-stock and out-of-stock items?
In the event that you place an order for in-stock and out-of-stock items, it may be that we want to dispatch the in-stock items to you - obviously without extra charge.
